Cost of hair extensions pllleeasse help me?

well i was thinking of going to a place called ';college of cosmotology'; to get hair extensions put in. Its a place where students are learning to do hair so I assume it would be cheaper. I have thick hair to my chin and i wanted to get hair extensions sewn in at least going to the middle of my back. I have nooo idea how much this kinda stuff cost so can anyone give me an idea of how much ill be spending? thanks so much for all answersCost of hair extensions pllleeasse help me?
when you go make sure that student knows what they are doing.. i am in cosmetology school and half of us can't do a sew in.. just because we can't get the cornrows tight enough. The girls that just graduated were amazing at doing sew ins. (they are ethnic and know what they are doing) I had a girl put mine in.. i had hair like Victoria Beckham and my hair was a little bit above the middle of my back and i LOVED it... i kept mine in for 3 months.. and had them retighted. (took out and my braids were re done) and kept them in for 2 more months then i took them out to color my hair. We charged 50 dollars and you bring your own hair in. the reason why is because it takes so much time to do them. If you go to a salon your looking at about 100+.. if your Caucasian it can be much higher depending on the salon. I would go for 100% human hair.. a fairly cheap pack.. around 20+ dollars to make sure your going to like them.. if you do then i would splurge on more expensive hair. go to a beauty supply store and they can help.. just stay away from Sally's bc their hair is crap and you don't get near as much in the pack. I spent 50 dollars on ';remi'; hair it is by Milkyway and the 20 dollar pack of hair was nicer and lasted longer then it.. it's really trial and error on the type of hair to get but just make sure you get 100% human hair. and at night wrap your hair. it will keep the braids tighter over time and your tracks won't slip.Cost of hair extensions pllleeasse help me?
silky is the best it's like $30 a pack you might need one depends on weather your getting a full head of just extensions but no more than 2 packs will do and that's just for the hair. I went to one of those beauty colleges Saturday just make sure to ask for a senior student they have been there longer and know a little more its about $2 extra for a senior student, and its about $50-$70 for the college to do it. Just make sure its not a new comer doing your hair because I had one and she burned me.
well my sisters beauty college..kinda the same idea..the students do the work

they charged like 20 dollars per hour..

id say..including the extensions you'll end up paying about 100 dollars.

maybe more..

they last pretty long..hurt like hell!

and for sure get human hair......
